arp999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "arp999", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the arp999 online gaming platform operating at arp999.net, operated under an international gaming authority license.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with arp999 or accesses arp999's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the arp999 platform, protected by login credentials chosen by the Player.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, sports betting markets, payment processing, bonus programmes, customer support, and any other features made available through arp999.
• "Funds" refers to real-money PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or approved cryptocurrency (USDT) balances held in a Player's arp999 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to additional wagering conditions as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by arp999's international gaming license obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any territory where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law and where arp999 does not accept registrations.

By accessing arp999, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any arp999 Service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You have read and agree to arp999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person and not on behalf of any third party.
• You agree to receive important account-related communications from arp999 via your registered email address and Pakistani mobile number.

Access to arp999 and all its Services is strictly restricted. To be eligible to register and use arp999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an arp999 account or use any arp999 Service. arp999 enforces this age restriction rigorously and requires documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing arp999 services. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending review, and the matter will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.

3.2 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account

You may only hold one (1) registered account with arp999 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details, different names, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.

3.4 Jurisdiction

You must not be a resident of or accessing arp999 from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. arp999 accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

To access arp999's real-money Services, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. By registering, you warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number — is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your contact mobile number or email address.
• Your registered arp999 account is for personal use only and is not to be used on behalf of any business entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from arp999 or any affiliated platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by arp999 as a result of a terms violation.

arp999 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Registration does not become effective until arp999 has confirmed account activation, which may be conditional upon completion of KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arp999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. Specifically:

• You must not share your arp999 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party — including family members — to access your arp999 account.
• You must notify arp999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• arp999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from arp999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

arp999 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activity conducted through a Player's account — whether authorised by the Player or not — will be treated as the Player's own activity unless arp999 has been notified of a security breach in advance.

arp999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT cryptocurrency via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. arp999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Using another person's JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account to fund your arp999 balance is a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits are credited to your arp999 account balance upon successful payment confirmation. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours.
• arp999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which arp999 accepts no responsibility.
• arp999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used for deposits as part of our KYC obligations.

6.1 Anti-Money Laundering

arp999 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with its international gaming license requirements. Any deposit that triggers our AML monitoring systems may be frozen pending investigation. arp999 cooperates fully with international regulatory authorities on AML-related investigations. Players found to be using arp999 for money laundering purposes will be permanently banned, funds will be frozen, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified arp999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Full KYC verification — including CNIC submission and mobile number confirmation — must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan accounts are typically processed within 2 hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
• arp999 reserves the right to apply additional security verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are conducted to protect Players against unauthorised withdrawals and are a requirement of our gaming license.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are withdrawable as cash.

arp999 offers various bonus promotions to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

8.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified arp999 accounts only, one bonus per Player per promotion period unless otherwise stated. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is considered fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") as specified at the time the bonus is claimed. The standard arp999 welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount unless the current promotion specifies otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution tables are available in the promotion-specific terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated free spins that are not used within the specified expiry period will be forfeited automatically. arp999 does not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

8.4 Abuse and Fraud

arp999 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, matched betting using arp999 bonus funds, and any betting behaviour determined by arp999 in its sole discretion to constitute systematic exploitation of bonus terms.

All games available on arp999 are governed by individual game rules published within each game. The following general rules apply across all arp999 gaming services:

• All slot games, table games, and virtual card games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. arp999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Third-party audit certificates are available to Players on request.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers and are streamed in real-time. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to digital manipulation.
• Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting and UFC markets, are subject to arp999's sportsbook terms. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or void will be refunded at the stake at which they were placed, with no winnings awarded.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — arp999's technical logs are the definitive record of the game state at the time of the malfunction. arp999's determination of the outcome in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all arp999 games and are displayed within the game interface. arp999 reserves the right to impose player-specific bet limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on arp999 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with arp999 games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using arp999 to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to obtain unfair advantages. Players who discover such errors must report them to arp999 support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions without first attempting resolution through arp999's dispute process.
• Allowing minors (under 21) to access your arp999 account.
• Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at arp999 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

arp999 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Players. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be required at other points during a Player's account lifecycle. The KYC process requires Players to provide:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back.
• Proof of Age: Your CNIC date of birth must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Source of Funds: For accounts with significant transaction volumes, arp999 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

arp999 will process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing documents. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is fully approved. arp999 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to submit complete and accurate KYC documentation promptly.

arp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. arp999 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying dormancy charges as permitted under applicable law.
• At the Player's own request — voluntary account closure can be requested at any time via arp999 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than Player fraud, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable AML checks. Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

arp999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that while the vast majority of our Players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered arp999 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their arp999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders. arp999 will display a notification after the specified session time has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will not be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their arp999 account for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). The account cannot be reopened before the cooling-off period expires, regardless of the Player's request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from arp999. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted and confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. arp999 will make every reasonable effort to ensure a self-excluded Player cannot re-register.

All content on the arp999 platform — including but not limited to the arp999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arp999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the arp999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any arp999 intellectual property. Any unauthorised use of arp999 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arp999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

arp999 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or information.
• Business or commercial losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device failures beyond arp999's control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their arp999 login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit arp999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by arp999's gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arp999's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, your arp999 account, or any use of the arp999 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

16.1 Complaint Procedure

Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceedings, Players must first attempt to resolve their complaint directly with arp999 by contacting our support team via live chat (available inside your arp999 account) or by email at [email protected]. arp999 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and will provide a substantive response within 72 hours of receiving complete details of the complaint.

16.2 Regulatory Escalation

If a Player is unsatisfied with arp999's resolution of a complaint, the matter may be escalated to the relevant international gaming regulatory authority under whose license arp999 operates. Details of the regulatory body are available by contacting arp999 support.

arp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, arp999 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the arp999 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of arp999 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using arp999 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
